Sister of Paul Ridd: 'Care plan is my brother's legacy'

Jayne Nicholls, the sister of Paul Ridd says she feels “very positive” following the launch of a Wales-wide care plan to ensure people with learning disabilities are looked after correctly in hospital.

Jayne Nicholls told ITV News: “I’m really proud that this is a legacy to Paul.

“Losing Paul was the worst thing that happened to our family. The way he died was horrendous.

“It’s taken a long time to get here – but working together is how you get things done.”
