Tips and guidance for the completion of this module:

1. This module is based on the real life experiences of Jayne and Jonathan, sister and brother to Paul Ridd who had profound learning disabilities and died in hospital in 2009 through neglect.
2. Please watch the video as many times as you like and make notes. At any point you may wish to go back over each question until you understand the content of the page.
