In October 2022 we launched our new Access to Healthcare Information booklets for people with a learning disability, their families and carers, at our roadshow in Swansea, co-hosted with Mencap Cymru.  The event was a great success with over 70 people attending.  The booklets provide a wealth of information about annual health checks, the health profile and the liaison nurse service and lots more, and they come in Easy Read, English and Welsh.  We want people to know about the support that is available for them within the NHS in Wales.  If you would like to receive a copy, please email us to get in touch.
